My Mother-in law has had hers looking brand new like the day I gave them to her over a year ago...I find if I wear them 24-7 like my favorite bracelet, (never take it off) some are unaffected, others are loosing the gold. It seems to depend on the bead .

Our Tips: A: Put them on a bracelet you take off each day or save for special use. B. Wear them every day, and buy a spare for later! C: We have found that if you space them between two LARGER beads - or glass beads so that they do not touch your skin or rub against it while they spin on your bracelet - they will stay very gold indefinitely..
